purchases. Please ensure you check our size guide carefully before placing your order.
For In-Store Purchases:
We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, which is why we allow ONLY trials in-
store. However, to maintain the highest hygiene standards, returns or exchanges will only be
accepted under the following conditions:
- The hygiene liner and tags must be intact and in their original condition.
Any tampering with the hygiene liner will make the product ineligible for returns or exchanges. - The item must be free from any stains, deodorant marks, or perfume scents.
- We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with premium swimwear while
maintaining strict hygiene standards. If you have any sizing concerns, feel free to reach out before making your purchase!

How long will my order take?
Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
We offer 1-day delivery within Goa for eligible orders.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India.
Do you ship internationally?

How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since swimwear is an intimate product, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for online purchases. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Can I try the swimwear before purchasing?
Trials are not available for online purchases.
For in-store purchases, trials are allowed. However, returns or exchanges will only be
considered if:
● The hygiene liner and tags are intact and in original condition
● The item is unworn and free from stains
● There are no deodorant or perfume marks
● The hygiene liner has not been tampered with
We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives their swimwear in
perfect condition.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
All products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email timalateam@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear images and your order details. Our team will review and assist you accordingly.
SIZING & PRODUCT
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size guide available on each product page. If you are unsure or between sizes, feel free to email us with your bust, waist, and hip measurements, we’re happy to guide you.
Can I mix and match bikini sizes?
Yes. Our bikini tops and bottoms are sold separately, allowing you to choose different sizes for the perfect fit.
Are your swimsuits see-through when wet?
No. All Timala swimwear is fully lined to ensure proper coverage and confidence, even when wet.
Is Timala swimwear sustainable?
We use high-quality fabrics, including options made with recycled materials like Repreve®. Our swimwear is designed for durability, support, and long-lasting shape retention.
How should I care for my swimwear?
Rinse in cold water immediately after use. Hand wash gently with mild detergent. Do not wring, machine wash, or tumble dry. Lay flat to dry in shade to maintain elasticity and colour.
CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped from our
warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email timalateam@gmail.com with your order details as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order once it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
