Pin Codes Covered

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.

If you would like to confirm whether we deliver to your location, please write to us at timalateam@gmail.com with your pin code.

 

 

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

All orders must be prepaid at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

 

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary by location.

You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5–8 working days across India.

For customers located in Goa, we offer 1-day delivery for eligible orders.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

 

 

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reflect accurately.

Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times at the provided shipping address.

If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.

While placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and landmarks (if applicable) are complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Timala shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Risk & Ownership

Title and risk of loss for purchased products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.
