Since swimwear is an intimate product, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any online
purchases. Please ensure you check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

For In-Store Purchases:

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, which is why we allow ONLY trials in-store. However, to maintain the highest hygiene standards, returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The hygiene liner and tags must be intact and in their original condition.
Any tampering with the hygiene liner will make the product ineligible for returns or exchanges.
The item must be free from any stains, deodorant marks, or perfume scents.
